Do I need a prescription to buy equipment from you?
Some items (like hospital beds or oxygen equipment) need a doctor’s prescription, especially if you want insurance to help pay. Many items, like canes, bath chairs, and daily living aids, you can buy without a prescription. Just ask us and we’ll tell you which is which.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept CareCredit (a healthcare credit card that lets you pay over time), all major credit cards, and we can walk you through pre-approval if you don’t already have a CareCredit card.

Call us right away at 678-580-3740. Many items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and we’re happy to help you troubleshoot or arrange a repair or replacement.
